Improved Frontpage

When meeting with different communities I've been asked about "jazzing up" the look of the front page. Even though my brief was to focus on a content driven site I though it would be good to make a feature out of the banner image.

Its just a simple slideshow effect that could feature some photos that showcase the locality. It can be easily added to by a site administrator.
